Stephen ONeal
President
Steves responsibilities as president are varied and reach to every corner of the company. In his capacity as General Manager, Steve oversees all projects and involves himself with every client in order to assemble the most complete project profile as possible, and since Landmark Construction specializes in Design-Build, Steves expertise in both areas gives him total project awareness from start to finish. Other duties include sales and marketing.
Currently, Steve is member of the Logan County Economic Development Corp. and serves on the Wells Fargo Community Board of Directors and the Butler Advisory Council. Past associations have been with the Finance Committee of the Sterling Country Club and the Student Advisory Committee of Northeast Junior College and Sterling High School.

Leroy Whipkey, P.E.
Vice President
A 1979 graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Civil Engineering, Leroys list of abilities is impressive. His formal training and over 23 years of hands-on field experience have made him an important part of Landmark Construction's success. Some of Leroys areas of expertise include: project estimating and design, engineering design, structural engineering, production engineering, hydraulics, soils testing, drafting and engineering economy. His broad experience is valuable for accurate and fast track project management. Leroy is a registered engineer in both Colorado and Nebraska.
Edward J. Brandt
Vice President
Ed has been active in construction since 1980. He began his career as a steel erector and later as a crew foreman. In 1990, Ed was promoted to Field Superintendent.
Ed is currently Vice-President of Operations and his responsibilities include crew management, job management and assisting in job quotations where his practical experience and skill with blueprints and working drawings is a tremendous asset. In addition to his experience with steel and concrete structures, Ed is current in O.S.H.A. safety methods and requirements and hazardous materials communication. He serves as the Companys Safety Director and works closely with our independent safety consultant to assure proper worker safety and O.S.H.A. compliance.
